Loved by Many
Question: If your fiancée dies before your marriage, can you still wear the engagement ring?
My life has had many hurdles and loses. My adored and loved fiancée died before our wedding which was to take place in Royal Deeside, Scotland. The ring he bought me was an estate piece and was originally designed in the 1900s. I am sure many owners loved it before me. I cannot take it with me when I die, so I have told my daughter I will give it to her future fiancée when the time comes. The craftsmanship and beauty are evident, and the ring needs to be loved once I have gone. I feel it is romantic that several women (like me) have loved this gem. It is the allure of antique pieces that I try to share with others on my website.
